A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The Cows are free-grazed. The milk from them is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make curd. The curd is churned using the traditional 'Bilona method'
-It has anti-bacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties. -Ghee aids digestion and builds gut health. -Ghee acts as a lubricant for joints. -It has a high smoking point and helps in better absorption of protein. -Vitamins A, E, K prevalent in ghee are vital for brain, skeletal and physical health. -Ghee is excellent for skin, hair and eye health too.

Very Happy with Ghee (Dolchi is a good idea)

I had initially ordered a 1 Ltr Bottle of A2 Bilona Ghee and a Kg of Khapli Ata on trial. I have been using Anvesan and Organic India before this. I use ghee for Agnihotra Havan everyday morning n evening and also for consumption as a supplement. So quality was my top priority along with pricing. One litre was a little hard on my wallet but Dolchi worked bang on with me.
The quality of Ghee in indeed TOP NOTCH. The granular texture n its aroma n taste instantly reminds u of ur childhood meals … I just hope n pray Gaurav maintains the quality and our trust in his quality. I want such well meaning and sincere brands to grow n help us with genuine products.

I got a Bottle too along with Dolchi. Can I only request u to change its Cap to a Sipper cap … thats just a small suggestion .. otherwise I am a Fan of their Ghee ! Absolutely !!

Rossier products are really owsm🤩

This time I have made bulk order of ghee and khapli flour because I truly loved it . With this I tried the nut butter also so I ordered them again . And the most awaited is I the stone pressed mustard oil if it works well which I m sure about it will definitely so I will give bulk order next time also .
Finally my family is convinced 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍because of the purity and consistent purity…… no compromise on that. That’s what we like….

And very important khapli aata is very pure from Rossier 🥰🥰🥰😋

because I compare it with one of the so called organic brand khapli aata . It was total waste.
