A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The Cows are free-grazed. The milk from them is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make curd. The curd is churned using the traditional 'Bilona Method'.
-It has anti-bacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties. -Ghee aids digestion and builds gut health. -Ghee acts as a lubricant for joints. -It has a high smoking point and helps in better absorption of protein. -Vitamins A, E, K prevalent in ghee are vital for brain, skeletal and physical health. -Ghee is excellent for skin, hair and eye health too.

Fantastic Rosier Products: Loving it

I am/always was fan of the Rosier products and using the Ghee, nut butter and Amlaprash on regular basis. Products are really awesome and reflecting the positive changes in our health. Even my 2 years old Son loves Amlaprash and Ghee (attaching picture)...
Only thing was the delivery time earlier but to my BIG SURPRIZE, i got the delivery of Ghee and Amlaprash in "1 DAY". Kudos to team Rosier and our beloved Flying Beast Gaurav ji :-)

Nostalgic.

The fragrance, the colour, the granular texture of the ghee took me back to my summer holidays of 90s when I use to visit my Nani and dadi ji and enjoy traditional kumaoni food with generous amount of ghee made by them, sitting on a mud floor next to a chulha.
