A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The Cows are free-grazed. The milk from them is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make curd. The curd is churned using the traditional 'Bilona method'

I was very spectical with ghee products until I came cross Rosier. I follow Gourav Taneja vlogs. Though his vlogs I was able to see how rosier ghee is prepared, gir cows how well they are fed and kept. All these contributed to the trust built. I have been ordered Desi ghee since then regularly. I added cold presssed yellow mustard oil and have been cooking with it since 3 months now. Both ghee as well oil are amazing and I am not worried about adulteration . Thank you Gaurav and team.
