I received a pack of four incense sticks, but two of them are completely broken, even though the other two are more tightly packed and wrapped. Since we frequently receive various products from Rosier, please make sure the packaging is good because the broken sticks can no longer be used in pooja. Since it is clear in your policy that the product cannot be switched during the sale, but as it can't be used in pooja anymore so, kindly exchange the damaged item.
The Incense Stick are broken into pieces , hence packing needs to be improved and also fragrance not that strong
The packaging of the hawan cups and sticks is not up to the mark. Most of the hawan cups were broken inside the box, and the sticks were also damaged. Better packaging is needed to ensure the products arrive in good condition.
The packaging is an issue. The incense sticks were partially broken. Leaving behind small small bits. For hawan cups as well they were broken for some. Also one more feedback for hawan cups is it is very difficult to put the cup into the stand after its lit. Though the design is good but need some changes so that it can be easily placed. The incense for all the products is good.
