Maine yeh ghee order kiya tha aur iski quality sach mein lajawab hai. Khushbu bohot authentic hai aur texture bilkul danedaar. Roti aur dal mein daalte hi swaad badh jata hai.
​Sabse acchi baat iski dolchi hai—packaging bohot solid thi, bilkul leak nahi hua, aur dolchi ki quality itni acchi aur sturdy hai ki ise kitchen mein aage bhi aaram se reuse kiya ja sakta hai. Texture & Consistency: The texture is fairly grainy (danedar), which is great for standard cooking and spreads easily on hot rotis. It melts cleanly without leaving an oily film.

​Aroma & Flavor: Mild and pleasant, but somewhat muted. If you are expecting the rich, nutty, caramelized fragrance typical of traditional homemade or bilona ghee, this falls slightly short.

​Cooking Performance: Works well for daily tempering (tadka), sautéing, and dal. The smoke point is reliable, and it does not burn easily under medium-high heat.
